Medium: At this level, spam is caught. At this level, some valid email messages might be incorrectly marked as spam.
High: At this level, even more spam is caught. This level has a higher risk of valid email messages being incorrectly marked as spam.
Very High: At this level, almost all spam is caught. This level has the highest risk of valid email messages being incorrectly marked as spam.

This is mostly called spam filtering which you have the choice to turn off or on. Another neat thing about our email base software system, you can even set up messages highlighting. This means you can set up rules to highlight specific messages.

You can define rules based on one of the fields in an email message (From, To, CC, To or From, To or CC, or Subject) and a value that you specify. Messages that match the rule are highlighted by a color that you selected. For example, you can add a rule to highlight, in green, all messages that contain "info" in the "From" field.

For message rules that apply to highlight multiple messages, the first rule that applies to the message overrides subsequent rules. You can rearrange the order in which rules are applied.

Another great feature setting is the Preferred sender setting.  Which means, when preferred senders is enabled, you can view your Inbox as tabbed or sorted. The sorted view displays messages from preferred senders at the top of your message list. The tabbed view displays your message list as three tabs. The first tab displays all of your messages, the second tab displays only messages from preferred senders, and the third tab displays only messages from senders not designated as preferred. You also have the option of enabling icons for your preferred senders to display in the From field in your message list.
