Server Uptime No Worries..

OOPS! We did it again, some customers might have a little trouble login into their account or web base email, this morning, because of our site was down for a few minutes on 11-26-08. Due to our new updates that where going on for the last 48 hours, we ran in order to issue that we over look on our end, it was a human mistake error, only our server space was effected by our mistake.

So, at that note we want to ease the worries to our customers, no matter what happen to our URL, our IP server is independently hosted on a different IP server,. The customer that host with us will not be effected what-so-ever, when our site is down, cause by technical issues with us. Your site will be up and running 99.99 of the time guarantee.. Unless you have done some radical change on your end to cause 500 internal error ( like; we did).

The only thing that will effect you by our site being down, is you won't be able to go through our URL to access into your personal account, or log into web base email. But, the're ways to get around our site by Bookmark login URL, and We base eMail Url. If you do this, NO matter what happen to us, you should always be able to log into your personal accounts.

At the same time whenever our site is down, if you can be a little patient with us, you can rest to assure, whatever happen to us, we are on it, within a few minutes we will have the issue resolve.

Every year we do major updates, site design and etc.. Sometimes we run into an issue that we over look. We want to apologize for any inconvenience my cause anyone that trying to access out this morning, the good news the site is complete and redesign, UsanaCar Hosting is up and running smoothly.
